Dear Colleagues lets have a BD-Palaver

Title: Simulations compared to Measurements for the IW2 Line.

Sumin will talk about the OPAL simulations we have done and

compare them to the measurements obtained from the last

run of HIPA.

Other contributions are also welcome.
