Dear PSI xray grid  users

A central server of the grid test cluster has broken down (the same that has 
cost us so much time beginning of the year). We may need to have it repaired 
or replaced.

Since in this mini test cluster, this server (hosts images for many virtual 
machines) is a single point of failure, almost all services are affected. 
We'll try to get it up asap.
