H5Part development and discussion

Dear Colleagues I would like to start a discussion w.r.t. further H5part 
releases. 

In my opinion we should stop this and everyone should use H5hut (actual 
version is 1.99.5).
I was going to the exercise and migrated all our codes. That was not hard 
couple of API 
changes (mainly names and types). 

We simply do not have the manpower to maintain H5part and H5hut!

What is you opinion on that?
