All Java, Python and shell script source files now have the GPLv2 
license header. The full license file COPYING was also added.

Using the python script python/license_adder/license_adder.py the 
license headers can automatically be added or updated.

In the Eclipse Preferences under Java > Code Style > Code Templates you 
can specify the license header under Comments > Files. All your new Java 
files will then automatically start with the correct header.
