Creative Biogene provides viral and non-viral vector-based shRNA constructs against genome-wide human, mouse and rat genes. We also provide custom service for production of viral particles to help you successfully silence your target gene.

Guaranteed shRNA knockdown
At least one will have a knockdown effect of 70% or more at the mRNA level.

Optional _expression_ vectors
hH1 or hU6 or EF-1a promoter;
Fluorescent reporter or antibiotic selection or both.

Fully sequenced _expression_ cassettes
All shRNA clones are fully sequenced.

shRNA vector set
One set contains four shRNA constructs and positive/negative control (50 ug/each) with guaranteed knockdown.

shRNA lentivirus set
One set contains four target shRNA lentiviruses and one negative control shRNA lentivirus (1 ml/each, 10^8 / 10^9 TU/ml) with guaranteed knockdown.
