When we configured (./configure) GNU MPC Library >= 1 (1.0.3),the folowing error has occured.

configure: error:  libmpfr not found or uses a different ABI(including static vs shared).

Did you setup the environment correct? Did you compile and install the mpfr library? The LIBRARY_PATH must include the directory of the self-compiled libmpfr.
