The examples in 

https://gitlab.psi.ch/OPAL/src/wikis/Cyclotron are written only for versions 1.6 and 2.0, the examples need to and will be updated once the 2.1.x version is officially out. Only the tune calculation part is for the newest version.

I have tried again 2.1.x versions. In this version, I can run Example 2: cyclotronTune-2-1.in very well but I got an error when running Example 1 : cyclotron1.bash which previously running well in old version. You can see the error in the attachment.
