Hi Scott,

In OPAL-T the phase-space dump is always done in the frame of reference of the reference particle.

The option PSDUMPFRAME only works for OPAL-cycl. I will update this in the manual, thanks for pointing out the bug.

Best,

Arnau

Hi all,

I have a quick question regarding the output file <input_file_name >.h5 produced by Opal-T.

What exactly is the longitudinal coordinate "z"? Going by section 6.5 of the documentation (and using the default flag "OPTION, PSDUMPFRAME=GLOBAL;") it should be set with reference to a fixed floor position, but the values from the dump frame appear relative to another moving point.

Thanks,

Scott Williams
