I also tried to see if OFFSETT works with importing the same distribution by using the FROMFILE, but no luck. Let me know if you have any new insights on the OFFSETT, thanks again!

At this point I can not say that this is a bug or feature :), I need to checkthe source code, however this will take a bit of time!
