Dear OPAL users,

we are happy to announce OPAL 2024.1.0.

New features are:

New boost's matrix and vector_t operations.
FFA lattice in PyOPAL.
New RINGDEFINITION attribute (BEAM_THETAINIT, default=0.0) to define an angular offset (in [deg]) of the beam relative to the tangent vector, in the x-y plane
Elliptical shape for DEGRADER
New element OUTPUTPLANE

More work has been done to fix bugs and cleanup the code.
