Dear Buddhika

The OPAL repository is currently hosted on GitHub (https://github.com/OPALX-project/OPAL); you may be using the previous repository.

From there, you can install OPAL by following the instructions and build recipes. Please note that a minimal installation from source requires certain dependencies. Several simulation examples are available, as well as regression tests. If you needmore information, please see the Manual.

Hello,

I am a first year graduate student at the University of Houston, Department of Physics working under Dr. Byron Freelon. I was given instructions to use OPAL for simulating a DC electron gun.

But I am having trouble finding the link to the repository. Could you be able to help me figure out setting it up? Furthermore I would really appreciate if you can share any code related to an electron gun simulation if you do have any readily made script files.

I can work with either linux or windows x64 versions.
