   Interlocks outputs (5-8) of J102003 have the value 0x0000

3. set RPS mode for beamline bis BMC1: mode to "2,IQCOM,$BMC1,1,DIA"
   Interlocks outputs (1-4) of J102003 have the value 0x000C
