Hi all,

 

Thanks already for the quick feedback!  Here is a new version of EETA that fixes a few bugs/annoyances, specifically:

-          Fixed bug in automatic replacement of NaNs with missing values when writing files (some NaNs were not caught)

-          Improved upgrade routine from EETA v1.x – you no longer need to manually execute ebas_initialize()

-          On executing ebas_initialize(), personnel records and detection limits are no longer cleared.

-          Minor updates to documentation.

 

Also, a clarification…  When running in “Manual” mode, EETA makes no modifications to the declared data and uncertainty waves except the conversion to STP.  In particular, this means that the declared CE wave is NOT applied (CE is assumed to be already included in the data/uncertainty).  This contrasts with “Automatic” mode, where CE is applied to the data by EETA.
