Hi Chris PATCH is not usable within OPAL-t at the moment.
Instead use
OPAL > real DX Misalignment in x direction
OPAL > real DY Misalignment in y direction
OPAL > real DZ Misalignment in z direction
to define cartesian misalignments on the elements.
