Dear colleagues as of now,
runOPAL.py does not not scale variables anymore.
Before the following variable scaling took place:
scalevars['GUNSOLB'] = 1.E-3
scalevars['TRISE'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['TFALL'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['TFWHM'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['QBUNCH'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['SIGX'] = 1.E-6
scalevars['SIGY'] = 1.E-6
scalevars['DT'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['DTGUN'] = 1.E-12
scalevars['DTAP'] = 1.E-12
In order to use your data file without changes, apply the scaling in the tmpl file.
@PSI Merlin users: if you use runOPAL.py from ~adelmann/amas/bin the changes are already in place.
@PSI opt-pilot users: please use for the moment the executable in export OPT_PILOT_EXE_PATH=~adelmann/svnwork/opt-pilot/build/Drivers/pisa-opal/
The module will be updated next week.
Cheers Andreas
