Hi Christof,
Danke sehr! it works fine now. It is just a bit "unnatural" to use the solenoid element as the scaling imposed via KS seems to be using Bz has a renormalization (while I am playing with some arbitrary 3D maps that have very weak Bz field the field component of interest are B_x, and B_y). All the best, -- Philippe.

Hi Philippe,

use the SOLENOID element for this.

All,
In OPAL which element allows the tracking through 3D map define in a file with the 3DMagnetoStatic header? I could not see any reference to this 3DMagnetoStatic format in any OPAL-t elements.
  Thank you,  -- Philippe.
