I see the following error.

Yes you have to set environment variables please check:

Okay, I will send you a lattice file - it will take me a couple of days to
get it working with the latest version of OPAL (a few things have changed
since I did that simulation).

That is true.

This uses an OPERA field map for the FFAG triplet. If you would like to
vary
the triplet (e.g. change FD ratio), you will need to regenerate the field
map.



I have already a field map from Ishi-san @ KURRI and want to reproduce
the result and try to fix the field so that it would be scaling.

I can help you to put in an ideal scaling FFAG magnet instead - but this
would be perfectly scaling, so the tune variation with momentum will not

FFAG
and also a doublet lattice proposed by Shinji Machida.
