Hi,

I added the functions

h5bl_3d_get_field_origin()
h5bl_3d_set_field_origin()
h5bl_3d_get_field_spacing()
h5bl_3d_set_field_spacing()

to the FORTRAN bindings.

There is an important change related to this function: As discussed with
Kurt,
to enclose H5Part's internal names with "__", I renamed the internal used
attribute names "Origin" to "__Origin__" and "Spacing" to "__Spacing__". I
don't expect any problems with this, since nobody has used these functions
before ;-)
